Had a pleasant stay at a ski resort with lovely snow surroundings. the staff were polite and attentive, and the buffet spread for breakfast and dinner was tasty. the Onsen experience was great with the combination of hot spring and winter snow falling on the head. Conveniently located just a 5-minute bus ride away from the ski resort.
Limited restaurants choices, with some of them being quite expensive and below average. some staff members, especially in the restaurant, provided poor service.

The complimentary breakfast buffet was well-stocked with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The location was convenient with easy access to the lifts, making it easy to hit the slopes without waiting in long queues. The indoor pool area was impressive, and we enjoyed taking a relaxing dip after a long day on the slopes.
Our experience was marred by poor management. The staff seemed poorly trained and didn't have accurate information about the facilities.

The view of the snowcapped mountains from the hotel room was beautiful, and the ski slopes were easily accessible. The public bath was a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes, with a variety of baths to choose from. The breakfast buffet was also enjoyable with tasty food options and good variety.
The hotel staff was not very communicative or helpful, making it difficult to get information or assistance with requests. The shuttle to get to the ski lifts was often delayed or not very frequent, causing some frustration.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and the access to the ski resort and slopes was so convenient. The magic carpet and gondola made it a breeze to get to the slopes. The service was also top-notch - they even let us use another room for a late check-out. And of course, the highlight was the onsen, a must-visit. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.
